The Queen Jadwiga Fund Scholarship

Aimed at providing financial support for academics and doctoral students at the Jagiellonian University of Cracow fund provides scholarships of PLN 1,500 plus accommodation in a two-person room in a dormitory as well as basic health care insurance for the period of one to six months. Separate fund, named after Józef Dietl, provides financial support for students in medical sciences for period of 12 months. In 2008, a total 44 scholarships were granted.
