Polish Card

Holders of the Polish Card are entitled to apply for studies and study on the same terms as polish citizens, i.e. free of charge, with health insurance paid by the educational institution, with full access to scholarships granted for studying results at every university and social funds. To receive a Polish Card you need to have parent or grandparent with polish citizenship, speak polish and know polish culture. Also active members of polish organization who feel polish may receive it by decision of polish consul.
