Freedom Support Act Future Leaders Exchange Program (FSA-FLEX)

This is a program for 9th and 10th graders (who are within the age limits set annually). Participants are tested and interviewed by American representatives of ACCELS. Finalists, who win the competition, win a scholarship for one academic year of study at an American High-School and live with a host family.
